Tracking outcomes and embedding lessons learned helps ensure that post-graduation support remains effective and sustainable over time.
Employment and housing search outcomes:
Occupation obtained (internship, job,..)
Housing solution (short- or long-term solution)
Social inclusion
Language proficiency
Social and cultural codes
Feedback mechanisms (student surveys, focus groups):
Regular monitoring with students, focus groups with students. These should be at regular intervals and a feedback mechanism and post program feedback upon job success and integration (1year after graduation for example)
Embedding support
Embedding support in institutional policies and frameworks. This could be at a university level or support from local NGOs.
